From the Alabama/Mississippi state line, travel 1 mile east on Highway 72. Turn right onto County Road 1 (Allsboro Road). Travel 1.7 miles and turn left onto Buddy DurhamRoad. Travel approximately 2 miles to auction site on the right.

Terms & Conditions: On site bidders: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 10% (escrow money) is required auction day with the balance due on or before 30 days.
Online bidders: An 11% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 10% (escrow money) is required via certified funds in our office no later than 36 hours after auction day. The balance will be due on or before 30 days.
