Auction Highlights: Up for auction is a full size Trolley Car/ Guest House.
This car is #12 that was used in the Butte, Mt. trolley system from 1887 to 1937. Craftsman Monte Elliott has reconstructed the car into a unique Guest House. The interior is custom woodwork blending oak, quaking aspen, blue pine, fir, cedar and more. Other features include a roof of copper diamond shaped shingles, 44 stained glass windows, and a full sized slate shower.
Inspection: August 27, 2008 till auction day August 31, 2008 at 11:00 AM.
Directions: Take the North exit off of interstate 15 into Dillon, as you come to the stop light. You will see the trolley car on your left. If you are entering Dillon form the North on Hwy. 41, you will see the Trolley Car on your right as you reach the stop light. Directly across from Rocky Mountain Supply.
Terms & Conditions: Delivery of trolley car up to 200 miles from Dillon will be included in Bid price. Cash or bankable check due at the end of auction. Trolley sells "as is where is". Announcements made sale day taake precedence over printed material. Auction Company or owner make no guarantees as to age or condition. Auction company or owners are not responsible for accidents.
