Auction Highlights:
Approximately 30 vaults plus oversized Items.
Similar to traditional storage auction.
Specific Vault will be opened, you will be allowed to look into unit, but not enter or touch. Winning bidder wins entire contents of vault with exception of packing blankets/pads and vault itself.
$200 Clear-out/Cleaning Deposit will be required to receive a Bidders Number.
Deposit will be returned to bidders not winning a vault.
Deposit will be returned to winning bidders upon removal of all contents of specific vault(s) from property.
If you don't empty your vault and haul off all contents (with exception of packing blankets/pads) you do not get your deposit back.

Inspection:
Preview 5 minutes prior to auction of specific units.
Directions:
From I-40 take Andy Divine/Route 66 North to N. Castle Rock and turn left. Make another immediate left onto Sunshine the auction is on the left. Plenty of room for parking with a trailer in lot or roadside.

TERMS: Cash, Only. All items MUST be paid forand picked up sale day unless given written permision by Auctioneer, NO EXCEPTIONS. All items sold AS, WHERE IS. Auctioneer assumes no responsibility for descriptions or quantities. Announcements from the Auction Block take precedence over written word. A 10% Byuers Premium and sales Tax are added to all bids. A $200 Refundable cleaning deposit is required to get a bid number.
