Terms of sale:
1. All purchasers must read and acknowledge these terms of sale when registering for each I-5 Auction.
2. All auction items are sold “AS IS” with no warranties either written or implied. I-5 Auctions shall not be held responsible for advertising inaccuracies. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to the auction closing time and cannot hold I-5 Auction liable for any discrepancies. No refunds will be given on any items.
3. All payments must be made in full by: Friday, July 2 at 4pm. Invoices will be emailed to the winning bidder by 4pm the day after the sale. Please check your Junk Mail for these emails or call us at (541)673-5636 if you do not receive an invoice within this time frame.
4. Payments can be made by Cash, Credit Cards, Wire Transfer (additional $25 fee), Cashier's Check, or your approved company or personal check up to $2,000. Additional 3% fee will be added to all Credit / Debit card payments. You may call (541)673-5636 to make a credit card payment or pay in person at the I-5 Auction office (142 Deady Crossing Rd, Sutherlin OR 97479). Regular office hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday.
5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and fees associated with shipping. I-5 Auctions cannot arrange shipping or package items on your behalf.
6. Items must be removed within 8 days of auction sale. For this sale all items are to be collected by: Thursday, July 8, 2021. Note: Pick up date is NOT the same as the day payment is due. Payment is due IN FULL by: Friday, July 2 at 4pm.
7. I-5 Auctions is open for item collection Mon-Thurs between 8am and 3:30 ONLY. Weekend pick-up is available by appointment only. Call Brian at (541)643-6102 in advance to make an appointment. Pick up address is: 142 Deady Crossing Rd, Sutherlin, OR 97479.
8. A 13% Buyers Premium will be applied to all purchases.
