All items must be paid for within 7 days. Cash, check or wire transfer are accepted. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
No Auction Day pickup or settlement. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction. Items may be paid for and picked up Thurs. 8:00 to 5:00, Friday 8:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 12:00 noon. Credit & Debit Cards NOT ACCEPTED. Items locate at Orr Auction Center Hwy. 281 4.5 miles South of Jamestown, ND. Items not picked up in 14 days will become property of Orr Auctioneers Inc. By bidding on this auction, you are entering a legal and binding contract. All items sell “as is” with no exceptions. This catalog is a guide only, all items have been available for personal inspection at our facility. Please come look before you bid and make your own determination of usefulness.
