Terms & Conditions:
INSPECTION: Tuesday, May 28th from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the auction location in Dacono. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids.
INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will only be online only.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. (3% reduction is available - see payment terms)
PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, company or personal checks upon verification by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium will be given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank. Payments will be taken at the auction location in Dacono on May 30th from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on May 30th & May 31st from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Tax rate at this auction location is 5.9%
